In case you haven’t noticed – the site of the old Bay Ridge Victorians has now officially become part of the ‘modern life’ franchise too.

‘Yellow Hook Townhomes‘ are 1-2 bedroom, 1000-1200sq feet of ‘Modern’ (but classic) Living.

Just in case any of you were worried about being priced out of your own neighborhood… this is from their website:
