Spite House revisted
July 2nd was the deadline given to professional prick-bastards Cheryl and Robert Cunningham to tear down their 60 foot cinder-block retaining wall – built last year as part of, what we’ve come to affectionately refer to as, the Bay Ridge Spite House.
Well, the deadline’s come and gone – while the wall remains the same fucking eye-sore it’s been since these two miserable assholes built it.
Seriously, folks…
What kind of a miserable, deranged fucking human being builds a house so egregious, so offensive, whereas to make that person a permanent object of disdain by their neighbors – not to mention ostracized by their community!?
It’s fucked up!
Not only has the DOB, the same dipshit city agency that granted these assholes the permits to begin with, rescinded them (issuing a stop work order on a project they’ve repeatedly approved to begin with!) BUT once they actually decided to put the kabosh on this botched abortion of a home remodel – they give the piece of shit owners a totally unenforceable deadline!
If the first house these two fucks built is any indication of what was to come had they actually built a livable structure on the would-be site of the Spite House; consider yourselves lucky, 87th street, that you only got a wall – and not another half-assed replica of some 12th century Japanese house these two culturless fucks saw in a National Geographic 17 yrs ago while honeymooning in
Miami.
These are serious certifiable fucking assholes we’re dealing with here, people – and they only keep coming!
Get as mad as hell, Bay Ridge!
Now, right across the street from these arch-pricks lies some other breed of Ginzoloon with his taste up his fucking ass!
This particular fuck-stick tore down what was a low-key Bay Ridge one family house, so he could build the fucking Gotti Estate on 87th street.
