Launch of Membership Drive

at Bay Ridge Public Library Tonight at 7PM

Guest Speakers include Senator Marty Golden,
Borough President Marty Markowitz,

Bay Ridge, Brooklyn – Monday September 14th – Tonight members of the Bay Ridge Food Co-op will host a reception for community, non-profit, civic and business leaders at the Bay Ridge Library to launch its Membership Drive. The Bay Ridge Food Co-op will also discuss its plan for the future and thank all who have supported and encouraged its work over the past year.

WHEN: Monday, September 14th, 7-9pm
WHERE: Bay Ridge Library Branch, 73rd & Ridge Blvd.

EVENT SCHEDULE:

7:30pm – Press conference – senior members of the Bay Ridge Food Co-op will be available for questions

7:45pm – Photo op

8:00pm – City Councilman Vincent Gentile, Borough President Marty Markowitz, State
Senator Marty Golden, and other elected officials will offer a few words

8:15pm – A brief note of welcome and thanks to all in attendance

Food, drinks and music will be served.

The event runs from 7 to 9 PM
